PARK 4D TV is an established format after 12 years of existence. It is art for television, not television about art. The format is simple and clear: one hour, one thing, pure image, pure sound, no story. Over the years a unique collection of art works for television has come into existence this way. A collection of some of the best, most amusing, surprising, disruptive and poetic works have been compiled for local television in Ekaterinburg and Moscow.
In Ekaterinburg PARK 4D TV got access to one of the big outdoor electronic video screens in the city centre. Short announcements of the nightly programs on cable tv and a compilation of samples were screened for a week at regular intervals.
