Menno Grootveld

Menno Grootveld ran a pirate tv-station (Rabotnik TV) in the early eighties, which later became one of the first legal local broadcasters in Amsterdam.

He was one of the brains behind The Next 5 Minutes.  He worked as a programmer for the Lost & Found project in Waag Society,  and as editor of the Dutch tv-programmes W.E.B. and W.E.B. Wereldontvanger.  He is now working as a professional translator from English, studying philosophy, and according to his own words "dreaming about a new concept for a beachclub on the Dutch coast".
